This modern purpose-built doctors surgery located in Court Street, Leamington Spa - opened in June 2001 and provides all ground floor services and disabled access including disabled parking. The medical centre has a large car park for patients' use whilst visiting the surgery.

The practice moved in to its purpose built premises in June in June 2001 but was previous located at Ashton House on George Street in Leamington where it had been located since 1954 with a branch surgery on Hatherall Road in Radford Semele both of which closed to make way for Waterside Medical Centre. Before that the surgery was located in a converted house on Willes Road in Leamington Spa.
